Welcome to our Elementary
School

Primary Grades
(K-3)
Beginning
with
our all day
kindergarten and ending with our third grade, children in our
primary grades are learning to read and do
mathematics at an amazing rate. The seamless individual
approach helps each child develop at their
own rate while receiving a quality education. Our
staff, Mr. Doyle at kindergarten, Mrs. Fredrickson
at first grade, Mrs. Kruger at
second grade, and Mrs. Dobyns at third
grade, all highly qualified, work as a team
to provide primary education at
Oakville.

Intermediate Grades
(4-6) The emphasis in
grades
three through six is reading to learn and completing the
basic arithmetic algorithms. Students learn
science, Washington State geography, and
Untied States history. Writing skills
are honed under the expert guidance of our
highly qualified staff, Mrs. Keating, and Mrs. Colvin,
and Mrs. Karen White. There is much to
learn in our intermediate grades.

Maximize Success Parents can help
their child succeed in school by having the
students at school on time ready to learn every
day unless they are ill. Create a space and
time for students to do homework. Be a
cheerleader for your child. They need to
know that what they do at school is important to
you. We are always looking for volunteers at
the school as well, so come on over and
volunteer. This is your neighborhood
school.
